He is also the founder and chairman of the Information Security Group of Africa, a section 21 company established in 2005 with over 3000 members.

Nazrien, who leads the Financial Services Tax Team for Deloitte South Africa, is a Partner specialising in corporate tax and consults to a portfolio of corporate listed-to-medium sized clients on a wide range of income tax issues arising from, amongst others, derivative transactions, currency swaps, securities lending transactions and leveraged transactions.

Tax Services – Billy Joubert
Billy Joubert is a director with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu’s South Africa member firm, and is in charge of the South African transfer pricing team. He oversees assignments for numerous clients, including some of South Africa’s biggest listed groups. He has supervised the preparation and updating of OECD-compliant policy documentation for South Africa-based multinational clients in a wide variety of industries, including banking, telecommunications, packaging, freight and logistics, and mining.
